What am I buying?

Check the product title, photos and selected variant before ordering. Physical products are shipped to you. Digital downloads provide files only; printing and framing are not included. The herb art download featured on our homepage is purchased through our GuNiaor Etsy shop, where its listing and purchase conditions apply.

How long does shipping take?

For physical orders placed on this website, our shipping policy currently lists typical supplier dispatch within 1–5 days, followed by 10–20 days in transit. Please read that policy and any product-specific information before ordering. Contact us if you need clarification for your destination.

What is your return policy?

Please follow our refund policy, including its 30-day return-request period, eligibility requirements and exceptions. Contact us before returning an item. Returns require approval; refunds are assessed after the return is received and inspected as described in the policy.

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact parkwood@givinggetting.com promptly with your order number and a description of the issue so we can evaluate it and help.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact us with your order number as soon as possible so we can check the order status and available options. Please do not assume a change or cancellation is confirmed until you receive our response.

How do exchanges work?

As described in our refund policy, request an eligible return first. Once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement item.

Can I use the herb download commercially?

The featured herb trio is for personal use only. Resale, redistribution and commercial or print-on-demand use are not included.
